Prof.Ph.D. Tatiana Berdnik

Prof. Ph.D. Tatiana BERDNIK is museologist and designer. She is the head of the Design Department at Rostov-on-Don State Technical University, Russia.

She is a member of the Union of the International Association of Designers and the Association of Experts on the Quality of Higher Education Programs in the field of Art and Design in Russia.

In addition to her academic profile, she is the author of a number of scientific texts on art history and design theory, as well as the author of many articles published in scientific journals inside and outside of Russia.

Part of her professional activity is the organization and curation of exhibitions dedicated to art and creative design. As a professional in the field of visual art and design, she has been invited as a jury member in many national and international exhibitions and activities.

In her career, Tatiana has been awarded a number of awards for her creative and educational activity in the Russian university system, such as: the national award “Victoria” of the Union of Designers of Russia, the national award as an author of the School of Fashion Design, three times consecutive winner of gold medal of the All-Russian Exhibition Center for scientific and creative activity, silver medal of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, silver medal of the National University of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Yerevan (Armenia), “Leonardo” medal of the Union of Russian designers, diploma of the Russian Academy of Arts and numerous laureate and winning diplomas in international competitions and exhibitions.
